Shilpa has trained over 700 employees of Axis Bank on various modules like Team Building ,Motivation, Written Communication, Business Etiquettes, Presentation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Self Awareness, Promotion Interviews etc. These programs were specially customized to suit the needs of AXIS Bank. These programs were conducted for Deputy Vice President, A.V.P., Managers and Assistant Managers.

Shilpa has regularly been conducting training programs for Arvind Mills Ltd on various modules like Team Building, Motivation, Self Awareness, Emotional and Social Intelligence etc.

She is also associated with their training for ‘UDAAN – Leadership grooming’ programs.

Shilpa has conducted multiple out station Induction programs for ACC on various modules like Team Building, Business Etiquettes, Written  Communication, Motivation and Presentation Skills.
